- Designing and building a new production line for Mobile Electrical Units that increased revenues with no increase in operating expenses.
- The project significantly increased production capacity and directly resulted in securing three contracts worth a total value of $21M USD from the King Abdulaziz International Airport project.

The production line currently runs with new Lean solutions that enforce higher control on
production timing due to implementing SAP system in production planning operations.
The line now produces 7-9 units per month with no incidents.

- Redesigning the production line and all related processes (Production & Materials Management) of Medium Voltage switch-gear panels.
- Increased capacity by 40%, slashed WIP by 50%, and achieved a 25% reduction in TPT when all non-added values were considered.
- Delivered an average monthly revenue increase from $7M USD to $10M USD driven by an increase in production capacity from 145 to 350 panels per month.
